The prosecution counsel in a federal lawsuit against a Supreme Court Judge, Nwali Ngwuta has withdrawn the case from the court.
Adeogun Phillips, had accused Justice Ngwuta of corruption, has stepped down from the case.
Mr. Phillips withdrew from the case at the Federal High Court, Abuja, on Thursday.
Recall that some justice are still under the probe of the DSS over alleged bribery and corruption, which led to the arrest of some of the judges in their home after the security found some evidences.
The News Agency Nigeria reports that reasons for the decision were not immediately clear.
